Yeah...that's not reverse psychology.
Middle East was stable in the late 40s to 70s. Give me one war in the central Middle East in that time frame.
Also, the Arabian penninunsula has always been peaceful from the 40s, the Arabian Spring didn't take off too much there.

Remember that I said there were two different factions in the Muslim religion. They were killing each other .

You could say that by the fall of the Ottoman Arabs had no power, probably their enemy was the Ottoman Empire, and then they discovered the culture of "the West" is against Islam, and if modern weapons we would be more than a concept it easier to make "Jihad members" against the world, and religious wars, it not before the Arab uprising, they knew just what is going on in Europe they were not really modern....

Ah, that was a crisis, not really a war. It lasted a week. But let's consider it a war.
Name one war from 1957 to 1979 in the Middle East and name one war from 1946 to 2000 in the Arabian penninsula

Can't say I've heard of that one, thank you for contibuting something useful.
Looks like I'll have to try a different tactic. Name a war that has taken place in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or Bahrain since 1946.
Julius, firstly revolts don't count, secondly, I wouldn't count Pakistan as part of the central Middle East.

Yeah, I didn't know North Yemen had a civil war, and I think it might be much to say that the entire Middle East was at peace for a decade or more, so go ahead. Let's talk about those 4 countries. They have been peaceful.
Pakistan is on the Indian continent, it is integral with the politics of India and it's neighbours; the former British Raj. Pakistan doesn't even do much with Iran, it's not integral to the central Middle East at all.
Civil wars are civil wars. Revolts are revolts.

Yeah...sure. Absolute monarchies that care for the people.
Also, it didn't really take place there. 2 days out of a 6 month war, Iraq held a fort in Saudi Arabia.
