Eh, some of these are a bit exaggerated or put in a certain situation in a bad light.

But mostly true.

At least this cartoonist doesn't have to worry about Americans breaking in and murdering him/her for the criticism.

I think the two left windows are valid. Torture is not a good choice, but sometimes you must fight fire with fire.

The middle east crisis proves that there are substantial sheeple populations across America and the first world.

First we're hunting Osama at all costs, next we're liberating Iraq, next it's admitted we were lied to and have legal government spying within the nation, then we're slaughtering innocents, getting our guys tortured and getting their guys tortured.

Now, we're all protesting because we hate the government, or protesting because of the protesting, or we're protesting because we hate each other.

On paper, the US is a constitutionally-limited republic. In reality, it's more of an oligarchy.

The government rarely represents the people, mostly because the majority of the people are apathetic toward politics. They treat it like a sporting event, and are mostly fans of the same team they were born into.

Yes it is, but I can assure you that we do not vote on methods of torture. This has been hidden from Americans because of the outrage that would follow. I agree, there are many idiots in our country, but to judge us all the same is close-minded.

Look, I'm no America apologist. I just hate it when people over-generalize and lump everyone together into the same boat. The fact that half of Americans support torture is truly fucked. But it's HALF, not all. Myhand prefers to be selectively discriminatory. Rules don't apply to him. He is allowed to over-generalize about Americans, but nobody else is allowed to over-generalize about anyone else. The moment someone makes a comment about Islam, or whatever, they are a xenophobe.

How am I hurting OUR reputation? They torture us to death for the fun of it (this is not an opinion), and we torture them to get info. Once they give that to us, no more pain.
