i never understood why some people have to spy on other clans... really is that necessary? anyway until recently I thought that multiaccounts were forbidden as alt are basically multiaccount right?

Using multiple accounts to gain advantages in games is illegal, however using alts without advantages (Multiple clans, same team in 2v2's and up, etc) is completely okay.
