In this 3v3 game orange and yellow were part of the same team. In turn 6 orange got booted and was replaced by AI. From turn 8 onward, the AI started attacking yellow's territories. By the time the game ended, the AI controlling orange had almost entirely taken over control over Hispania from yellow.

Is this expected AI behavior?

AIs on the same team only attack each other to complete bonuses, this is a known AI behaviour. If it attacks for no other reason then that’s not expected (but prod 1.0 did used to do treat teammates as enemies when attacking neutral or opponents even if multiple players on the same team did issue orders to attack the same territory).

the AI had %50 of Hispania bonus that was enough for the AI to domination the rest, the attack happened turn 8 cuz the AI finaly had excessive armies to attack...

what I would call strong behavior is in turn 11 when the AI transferred to yellow instead of continue attacking.
was that a glitch?

When the AI attacks its teammates 3 things i noticed have to be true for it to do so (from all my AI experiences)

1. It needs to complete a bonus that currently neither player in the team is holding (here its the super bonus. if the super bonus were 0, it wouldnt attack) [Funfact: if the bonus were to be minus, it also would attack you. It doesnt seem to car if bonuses are positive or negative]
2. the T8 needs to have 1 (or 0 with 1-army must stand guard off) units on the tile at the start of the turn. If you have 2 or more units, it wont attack (atleast i have never seen it attack then)
3. it iself must have only 1 (or 0) units on it. that is attacking at the start of the turn. (because it had 2 moveable each turn 11, it transfered) why its programmed that way i cant tell you, but it seems to be consistend in my experience.
