I've had the impression that arena rewards (money, armies, resources), are totally fixed, and not affected by any game stats whatsoever. Recently though, I conquered a territory with an arena while my Supercharge army camp was activated, and the armies reward seemed to be quite bigger than average. Are arena rewards affected by my income level at the time when I conquer the territory with the arena?

they for sure are boosted by cache artifacts (army cache boost, money cache boost, etc) and cache techs and advancements but not positive about SAC or current income boosting them

The H Rise and Fall reward also buffs them by 10%
