Had the misfortune of playing with Marcus Aurelius for the first time today ( https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?GameID=35373847). Here's a screenshot of his toxic behaviour in public chat https://gyazo.com/4177afff435ca467e880b9c5a26f4e49Which got me thinking that a community block list might help others avoid experiences like the one I just had. Please feel free to post any unpleasant encounters you've had with other Warzone players, so I can add them all to my block list. honestly yeah, Marcus showed disgusting behaviour, but there is no need for a community block list since people like leia disagree and thus would not fit everyone... unfortunate but true, and forum shaming them imo isnt that good because for whatever reason some people may support the troll and attack *you* which has the opposite effect...

Title: Let Marcus Aurelius Continue Playing His Strategy Game!
Hey fellow gamers,
I wanted to talk about something that's been bothering me lately. I've noticed some discussions about whether Marcus Aurelius should be blocked from playing his favorite strategy game, and I just wanted to share my thoughts on why I believe he should definitely not be blocked.
First of all, let's remember that gaming is an inclusive and diverse community. We all come from different walks of life, and that's what makes gaming so special. Marcus Aurelius might have a unique historical name, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have the same right as any of us to enjoy his hobby.
Furthermore, blocking Marcus Aurelius would set a dangerous precedent. What if we start blocking players based on their names or perceived backgrounds? This not only goes against the principles of fair play but also promotes a toxic environment where people are judged without any real evidence. Remember, we're all here to have fun and build connections through gaming.
It's important to separate someone's in-game persona from their real-life identity. Just because Marcus Aurelius might have a historically significant name doesn't mean he's trying to impersonate the ancient Roman emperor. We all create unique usernames for our gaming profiles, and his choice is no different. Let's not forget that countless players choose names inspired by their favorite historical figures, pop culture icons, or even mythical creatures. It's all part of the fun!
Lastly, strategy games are all about intellectual prowess and decision-making. They are a platform where players can showcase their strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Blocking Marcus Aurelius from playing his strategy game would be denying him the opportunity to contribute to the gaming community and to challenge himself in this strategic realm.
In conclusion, let's keep our gaming community open, welcoming, and diverse. We should embrace players like Marcus Aurelius and celebrate the unique identities and perspectives they bring to the table. Blocking him based on his name would be unfair and against the spirit of gaming. So, I encourage all of you to stand up for inclusivity and fairness and let Marcus Aurelius continue enjoying his strategy game, just like the rest of us.
Happy gaming!

Xeno started it though. If Xeno didn’t say anything then Marcus wouldn’t have said anything in response.

It's funny how Marcus Aurelius belittled me for being countered, yet still lost the game. After a thorough analysis of his gameplay I have come to the conclusion that Marcus often struggles to defeat me in our Warzone matches for several reasons. Firstly, I've noticed that Marcus tends to rely heavily on delayed counterattacks. This predictable pattern makes it relatively easy for me to anticipate his moves and prepare my defenses accordingly.
Moreover, Marcus's strategy often involves ceding the initiative to me, allowing me to control the pace of the game. This gives me the freedom to dictate when and where the battles take place, putting Marcus on the back foot.
I've also observed that Marcus's approach can lead to resource imbalances. His penchant for building up armies for delayed attacks means he often overcommits resources to a single offensive, leaving other areas vulnerable. I capitalize on these imbalances, attacking where he's weak and maintaining a broader strategic vision.
Furthermore, Marcus's limited strategic options can work against him. He tends to stick to one strategy even when the situation calls for adaptation. I, on the other hand, pride myself on being versatile and adjusting my tactics to changing circumstances, giving me a significant advantage.
Timing is crucial in Warzone, and Marcus's delayed attacks don't always align with optimal timing. I've developed a keen sense of when to strike and when to consolidate my position, ensuring that my moves are efficient and well-timed.
Lastly, my adaptability plays a crucial role. I've learned to adapt my strategies to counter Marcus's predictable tendencies. Over time, I've honed tactics specifically designed to thwart his delayed counterattacks, making it increasingly difficult for him to secure victories.
In summary, Marcus's struggles against me are primarily due to his predictable strategy, passive approach, resource imbalances, limited strategic options, and my ability to adapt to his gameplay. These factors combined make it challenging for him to defeat me consistently in our Warzone matches.
