Diplo Server update. And yes, thats the server name.

I created channel for sharing templates with no bonuses. Idea is for everyone inside the server to share their no bonus templates so other people can save their time when making scenarios without bonuses.

There are six no bonus templates in the moment, but I plan to create at least one a week.

This templates dont have to be used only for diplos either, anyone can join and use some of them for their FFA games or similar.
