After gathering feedback, the idea showed little actual demand. Currently, all the spin needs are satisfied by the "duel tournament for easy spins".

People create a tournament when they need spins?

People make round-robin multiday tournaments with duel lotto template.
When the tournament starts, you get a lot lottos started at once. Then you go through the games:
- If you get the pathetic ninja, you dont surrender and just commit your 0-army turn
- if you get the magnificent Pirate, you can commit your winning turn later, when you need a wheel spin
That way, it allows people to conveniently "stack" future wins for spins.
