What's the new constitution?

It's long. Everyone please forgive us cos this was an honest mistake, we use private forum for this now.

Can I see it?

this is my NONOFFICIAL IDEA. For a new system of government. What do you all think?

I have seen the multitude of constitutions, constitutional ideas, and military structures here and would like to propose this one:

Article One
There shall be three branches of government. The first shall be the Parliament, the second shall be the elected executive, and the third shall be the hereditary executive.

Article Two
Each member must join a political party/dutchy. The dutchies/political parties can form their own internal government but must have one leader who will be called a lord.

Article Three
The Parliament shall be made up of an upper and lower house. The lower house shall be made up of 10 people serving one month terms. The upper house shall be made up of seven people serving two month terms. People may not be in both the upper and lower houses. The way that members are selected is as follows. The members of the lower house must submit their names to the king or crown prince at least one day before the vote to be on the ballot. Once all of the names have been collected everyone will get two votes and the ten people with the most votes are elected to positions in the lower house. The upper house will be selected by the leaders of the Duchies/political parties. Each duchy/political party gets one representative in the upper house and if there are more than five parties/dutchies then the king shall decide who gets into the upper house. The political party/ duchy leader may not be in the upper house. It is the job of the Parliament to make laws. A law may be proposed by anybody. Within 5 days the lower council will vote on if the proposed law should be a law if they vote yes then it shall go to the upper council. If they vote yes then it shall become a law. If either the upper or lower house vote no then it shall not be a law.

Article Four
The elected executive branch shall consist of a Chancellor, a Prime Minister, and a President. They shall each have 3 month terms. The Chancellor will be in charge of foreign affairs, the Prime Minister will be in charge of domestic affairs within the clan, and the president will have the job of being in charge of the parliament, making sure that all votes are tallied properly and also in charge of all elections. Each of these executives have the power to make a cabinet or a group of people working for them in order to make sure all of their duties are accomplished. These executives will all be elected in direct elections.

Article Five
The hereditary executives shall be the crown prince and the king. They are the formal leaders of the clan and are not elected. If they should abdicate the crown prince shall take the place of the king and the new king would choose his crown prince.

Article Six
The military will conform to the following structure. There will be one branch of the military, The Royal Army. The army will be divided into battalions. The king creates all battalions and appoints their leaders and decides on military promotions. A battalion shall be headed by a General. Each battalion will also have two senior officers which are to be called Colonels. There will be two junior officers which shall be called Captains, and four noncommissioned officers called sergeants. All other troops in a battalion will be privates, the lowest rank. Battalions shall have a name and number for example the first battalion may be called "Battalion 1, The Screaming Falcons".

We have a similar design.

Here is the final constitution:

Article One

Each member must join a region. Each region consists of four constituencies. In elections any member of a region can be a candidate and vote for their region. The four candidates with the highest number of votes win a seat in the parliament. The candidate with the largest proportion of votes becomes the region's governor. Governors get two votes in the parliament.

Article Three
The Parliament shall be made up of an upper and lower house. The lower house shall be made up of all the elected representatives from each region. The upper house has five seats, one for each of the five top political parties. The political party leader may not be in the upper house. It is the job of the Parliament to make laws. A law may be proposed by anybody. Within 5 days the lower council will vote on if the proposed law should be a law if they vote yes then it shall go to the upper council. If they vote yes then it shall become a law. If either the upper or lower house vote no then it shall not be a law. A law cannot be proposed twice consecutively. Each representative in the upper and lower houses cannot propose laws more than four times during their terms.

Article Four
The elected executive branch shall consist of a Prime Minister, a Chancellor and the Cabinet. The Cabinet consists of three Ministers. Each of these executives have the power employ up to two people working for them in order to make sure all of their duties are accomplished. Executives are chosen by the percentage of votes each political party won in the elections. The political party with the highest percentage of votes gets the position of Prime Minister and control over the Cabinet. The political party with the second highest percentage of votes gets the position of Chancellor.

The hereditary executives shall be the consul and the king. They are the formal leaders of the clan and are not elected. If they should abdicate the crown prince shall take the place of the king and the consul would choose his own heir.

Article Six
The military will conform to the following structure. There will be one branch of the military, The Royal Army. The army will be divided into battalions. The king creates all battalions and appoints their leaders and decides on military promotions. A battalion shall be headed by a Lieutenant Colonel/Brigadier General. Each battalion will also have two senior officers which are to be called Captain/Major. There will be two junior officers which shall be called Sergeant/Lieutenant. All other troops in a battalion will be privates, the lowest rank. Battalions shall have a name and number for example the first battalion may be called "First Battalion, Tuscany Guard". Battalions each make up the King's Guards, Special Forces, the Air Corps and the Cavalry. The King's Guard battalions are commanded directly by the King whilst the other battalions are commanded by his Minister of Defense in cooperation with the Colonel General and the Field Marshal.

Its not a constitution, Its just an organisation of rule as such. There needs to be constitution to how people carry out their actions and what are the grounds for eligibility of membership.

I only left The Lost Wolves because Resykon convinced me to. I told him that I didn't want to get a big reaction, but he said it would be fine. Lol. I can't believe I fell for his plot.
I recently asked him if he would come back to the Falcons, but he said he wanted to "go it alone for a while" and that he "might set up another clan sometime in the future".

He attempted to join After_Dark but I know all to well that where Resykon goes trouble follows.
