Despite losing to it many times, no skip is available. Also, this is really hard. How can I win?

it says "sorry, this level could not be found"

the level is so hard even the Warzone server gave up

It probably means we haven’t unlocked it yet if it’s a non community one

oh. it is the one on uraguay (in case u have unlocked but it doesnt show). does anyone else know?

oh thats weird. when i click metalgear's link it gives me the same one but the level from campaign gives the id i used

From the description and cards it looks to be a giant math problem, math isn’t my strong suit

To beat the level you'll have to play accordingly to the moves the AI makes. Exept for the first turn the AI will attack in the following way: attack massively one bordering territory and attack very small all the other bordering territories.
So you should deploy at least 1-3 armies per turn to every territory that borders an AI territory.
Then use the delay cards to attack and take back the territories.
This way you'll be able to always keep the AI at 0 income and yourself at 20/30 income. In about 15/20 turns you'll be able to win.
If you let the AI get income for more then a couple of turns, then you messed up and should restart.
