How was yours? I remember mine. 3-ish miles, personal best pace, warm bath felt so nice right afterwards. It wasn't much, but it was, y'know, at least not just sitting idle staring at increasingly large meaningless numbers on a screen I could hardly even interact with. It felt like I'd actually achieved something, actually finished something that didn't just turn into another, worse level. And to think just a few days earlier I'd been deliberately burning my time on the most blatant trap, getting farmed for my time and money like a pig in a pen. At least the pig didn't choose to be there, at least the pig can't just walk away. But finally I ran away from that pen, and boy did it hurt but man did it feel exhilarating.
