I've had this problem before on my iphone. Even though I have music turned off in the settings it turns on when I open the app (and by music, I mean the marching, drum beat thing). Toggling it on and/off in the settings won't work.

It's happened before but usually if I close the app completely and wait 10 seconds or so and re-start it is gone. But today, the only way I have been able to get rid of it is logging out of the app and re-signing in. I'm at my 4th time today, so would love if anyone has any ideas.

I searched the forum and only found 1 topic on it from last year that was closed. In that case the person didn't know where their settings were....believe me I know where this is, it's just not working.

In case it helps, I just realized it might be happening due to an ad. There is this new "Star Trek Fleet Command" one where you can drag to shoot (like the old Galaga). When I just turned one on, the marching music was playing all through the ad....though it did turn off after I closed the ad down.....

Can someone advise on where/how I should post this question? I've been on Warzone (Warlight) for over 10 years, but I'm about ready to leave the platform and quit all my 30 games and Warzone idle completely. Seems like a simple fix to actually make the music toggle work, but logging in and out six times a day is killing me...

Which app version and iPhone version are you on? Also is this for the Warzone Classic app or Warzone Idle app?

I've never experienced this issue for myself on (iOS 17 or iOS 12) latest using any warzone classic app version. I have ads disabled because of membership privileges. Try using the report bug option, under profile icon in top right > help > contact > report bug.

I'm in app v5.25.0, iphone 17.1.1, iphone Pro 11. Warzone idle, but once it is on it is on everywhere in the phone app.

I am also a member so don't have ads. But I try to support the platform because Fizzer has said he maintains it from idle ads and purchases so I buy coins and watch the ads for idle speedups. I suppose maybe I should just stop that...

I can also confirm the problem seemed to have gone away for 2-3 days and when it returned it was after that dumb Star Trek ad. But this time even if I close it and wait 10 minutes, log out and log back in, I just can't get rid of it.

I had an exchange with Fizzer on this same topic. This is a known bug,. I have not had any problems for a year. Surprised anyone is. Fizzer

Fizzer had me delete and reinstall completely and that did seem to solve the problem....though I had tried that already, I guess 2nd time was the charm.
