Well it was on the first page and I would like to see how a mass played map does on the poll compared to a cool/very masterfully made map....

I didnt vote for truel I voted for Avatar....

Truel cos I use Duel for all my lotteries.

I don't think a map should be able to nominated in more than 2 weeks in a row. Avatars been in for 4 weeks, still without a win. It should win this week because of the competition.

Second place one week gets nominated the next week, Avatar have been second place all the weeks :p

I think coming 2nd is actually better than coming 1st. Avatar has come 2nd every week, so has received some promotion every week, however the maps that came 1st only received 2 weeks worth of promotion (the week during the vote and the week that map is map of the week).

Maybe there could be a limit on the number of times a map can be voted on for coming 2nd before it gets replaced with another random map. Maybe let's pick 5 weeks an arbitrary length of time. It's there as a suggestion.

Truel is the best! Always vote for the ones almost no one votes for.

I do not understand that anyone would vote on a 3 territory map. and almost 170 players have already voted on that map!
I voted on Switzerland, it is a huge and decent map and that is what I like.

My prediction:
1) Switzerland Big
2) Avatar
3) Hong Kong
4) On the Outer Island
5) Truel

The players voting for Truel are Truolls. I did vote for it too :)

1. Avatar (safe bet? Had 2nd the previous weeks. Also has highest map rating 4.25)
2. Truel (Well known map, lots of troll votes. Just see above post)
3. Switzerland Big (Solid map, has a 4.2. Not played too much through,)
4. Hong Kong (Looks like a decent map, I might be off here, as some Hong Kong players might vote it up? Never played it myself.)
5. On the Outer Island (4.2 Rating (EDIT: of only 15 ratings), second smallest map (189 t) after Truel. Never played it myslef. )

EDIT: Switched Hong Kong, and On the Outer Island, On the Outer Island has only 15 ratings... very littel played.

That's ratings Death...

Just saying Truel will do well because of this forum in silly. Most people who vote aren't using the forums. Look at the voting numbers for the last week and then look at how many people posted on the thread.
