Oh, it's really simple! One person gets the "High as LSD" position, the other gets the "High as Bieber When His Monkey Was Stolen by Germany" (http://www.hlntv.com/slideshow/2013/09/10/justin-bieber-monkey) and so on. I'm sure they've got tons of positions to fill.
