um...you have to be Lvl 44 to play rt ladder games, Lvl 49 to play 1v1, lvl 52 to play 2v2 and Lvl 53 to play Seasonal. Once you can actually play ladder games, it's going to be really hard to level up 'fast'.
and different people have different strengths, for example you might be good at 3 player FFA but be bad at 5v5, play games that are toward your strengths.
