I've already ascended once, can I ascend again just by clearing HUGE Europe, even if I've used levelskip to skip levels? Or do I have to clear all stages without levelskips for each ascension?

So after I get my first Ascension, I can skip things like Triskelion and just clear Giant Europe and still get the Ascension?

IIRC for super acend you don't even need Huge Europe, just the 100K ish in phase 4

Yep, no other requirement at all. Especially not having cleared maps like Trisk. Skip them. All good.
