I think the commit button isn't good like this. It's the most important but also the most mid-centred of all buttons which makes it way to easy to be pressed accidently, especially in RT games in a hurry, just while swiping. Also it's way too close to the depleoy button which results to the same accidentally pressing sometimes.
I don't know if many players suffering to this issue but I know at least a few who do also. To me it happens too often and it's the most annoying way to lose a game. Makes me mad every time.
So what about a double-click for confirm system or removing the button to the empty upper or lower right corner? Both variations could be maybe just like a customizable setting option in the menu like so many games have. Anyone with me?

There used to be a review orders phase but it was removed (way back in maybe 2017ish). I've accidentality committed before on mobile lots of times.

What i also do not like is the position at the top left corner. If you want to replay a turn step-by-step with your right hand, it covers the screen so that you have to have very strange positions of phone, hand and head to actually see what happens while clicking. So the button area needs to be moveable so that right-handed ppl can have it on the right and left-handed ppl on the left corner.

Yeah I also try it to do this way but sometimes in hurry I forget. Also it happens sometimes when thought I was ready but then wanted to make some changes in the end... which is especially often in a hurry then, bank time is running and so on.
And very especially it's annoying it's in local deployment games. There I normally like to set my base income somewhere at the beginning cause other way it's often a struggle to not set them accidently somewhere and afterwards I have to find them.
At all it's a semi optimal method to reduce that symptom but I guess there would be very easy technical ways to just simply fix the whole disease.
