I am asking for advice for elite play.... Your clan says level 10+, some skill, Diplo, FFA, etc.... All point in the opposite direction of 'Elite'.

Play a lot games, play the best to be the best, losing is the best way of learning. If you don't have time or commitment then it's not for you. Something I lacked was commitment to get to the best.
