It's a 10% increase in digging speed

EDIT:
Note that this gets multiplied with the other multipliers, so for example:
• +50% speed from advancement
• +20% speed from Clan Wars
• +10% speed from Mollification
= 100% - (100-50)% * (100-20)% * (100-10)% = 36%

You might have better luck if you search for the proper spelling; it's "Molification" with one 'l' and not two.

It's not trying to mollify you; it's turning you into a mole (which is good at digging).
