This is a strategy game that is brilliantly executed and comprised of highly intelligent people that formed clans in order to have a sense of community, hone their skills, and have people of roughly the same or higher skill level in order to team up with in team games.

If you read this forum or looked at about 75% of the clans in existence today, I doubt you would come to the conclusion I did when I first joined and learned about the clans.

Outside of the GG vs Gnuffles feud, there's really no drama happening between the clans that have been participating in the last 5 clan leagues. I mean we had an alt in the clan league and I guess that could be construed as drama, but I think outside of the organizers no one really paid too much attention to that.

I can't even imagine as a new player having an enjoyable experience in any of the clans constantly posting trash all over this board. I would be more sympathetic if your clans were more like 101st or Warlighters and honestly trying to improve your experience in the game. Instead you treat this site as if it's Myspace or something. I already have to deal with reading putrid bullshit on Facebook, but this is a whole other level of stupid.

Okay, I understand that you want to say something publicly. It's your same dramatic crap, so I try to avoid it. Then you post 23 threads on the same topic. 23, I counted it. Post 1 topic, and keep it to that damn topic so that you don't push other topics that are actually relevant down.

Eventually your publicity will end up getting yourselves blacklisted and probably your whole clan too. Considering the amount of leagues and events that are run by players, you could end up alienated by the rest of the community just by being in a clan that's annoying everyone.

I also have the freedom to blacklist people from participating any events in this game that I run, such as if I run WGL again, and many other events. I also have the freedom to extend my blacklist to friends who run leagues and events.

Blacklisting is a bitch move and doesnt really help when it cums to the forums. I get what your saying there are too many posts, but blacklisting should only be reserved for racists and homophobes. I get blacklisted a lot because my clan usually wins our games we are 46-4 last time i checked. People are sore losers and blacklist us, its a dumb system and makes matchmaking take forever.

Not necessarily. Most players blacklist if a player displays attributes that are too unsavory or irritating to their tastes. Blacklisting exists to make the game enjoyable, free from those who may spoil it.

I know it's a futile effort by all of us wanting a cleaned-up forum, but it's just sad to me how immature it has gotten. Check through what threads were trending even just 4 months ago, there was none of this garbage about blacklisting or pseudo-clan wars spamming the forums by low-level clans.

I'm not going to be some nasty forum policeman perpetuating the immaturity. I simply hope that a couple of you guys in the Wolves or the Dark-whatever clans read this and choose a more mature approach to these forums.

The WarLight community only has one place where we can talk about league-based tournaments, map making and template strategies. That's all any of us want is a forum where all of you guys actively participate in the game itself and not petty clan rivalries. I'd welcome with open arms if any of you currently participating in these spam threads want to graduate into a more sophisticated environment, but I certainly fear that nobody will.

I'd like to think this is a Wolf-Falcon-Darklord thing and have already said more than once that After_Dark wont be involving themselves (if your referring to us when you say Dark-whatever ).
