Last night, in a display of true cowardice, a member of the Juggernauts reported the Poon Squad for use of a logo that he found offensive (but that most of us rational people can agree was funny).

For Eclipse's support of censorship, crimes against freedom of expression, and his status as a tattle tale, effective immediately, the Poon Squad doth hereby declare the Juggernauts as our sworn enemy, second only to the Darklordz.

Congratulations, you actually did something funny. After all the vulgar humor and freshmen antics you did something funny! This is a joke right?

You can't have a vagina as your icon and then expect to not get reported. I guarantee you several reports have already flown in to Fizzer (It wasn't just Lawlz and myself who protested your icon). I'm usually the first to oppose censorship, but unlike certain people here I do have some standards.

Also, please, feel free to go after TJC. Although, I doubt many of my clan mates will take your outfit seriously.

People should only report speech or expression that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hate speech.

Also, tattling? It's called reporting. It's what people use whenever someone is violating the rules.

Being pro-freedom of expression doesn't mean you have to agree with what they are saying. You still support their right to say it though. So while honest Abe might have been personally offended by my use of images, he would have supported my right to use them.

Free speech doesn't even apply here, you don't have the right to post pictures of genitals in public. We have decency laws that trump that.Freedom of expression actually has to bow to certain things. I'm pretty sure Abe wouldn't of supported any "right" to go around putting vaginas everywhere in the street.

Secondly, refusing to answer someone with a legitimate point because you think their clan name is unoriginal is childish and ignorant.

Edit: We tried talking to your outfit in the forum, you refused to listen to reason. So a higher force was sought out. That's how it even works in the military, if you can't make somebody listen, then go over their head.

Arguing with you on this matter is obviously pointless so we have to get Fizzer to resolve the problem.

It stands as one of the top clans to date which is more than you can say. It's also one of the first clans to have ever existed like 101st, formed before the clan system was ever implemented and they had to do organizing the hard way. I think the name should stay as a reminder to the good days before Warzone and shit spam clans.

Eclipse you could have sent us a private message. Again, you're a real tough guy when you have the community behind you but we could have at least had a rational one on one conversation before telling fizzer

I didn't see how a private message would of helped. An entire forum post was made about this, several people made their opposition to this quite clear. You and your friends did not listen what so ever. No matter how many told you that it's against the rules, in-decent, and flat-out doesn't belong here.

I argued with not one, but three of your people for a good length of time last night. That should of made my stance quite obvious. I only reported when I realized the argument would not lead to anything.
