If an artifact is going from Legendary to Insane during a Super Ascension, does it continue the upgrade where you left off? or is it best to just let it finish before super ascending?

your artifacts will stay upgrading and are not effected by the super ascension

usually people start their upgrades shortly before doing the super ascend, and have it upgrading for the first 10 days into their new run of the idle levels
