What are the 3 best passive artifacts to own?

My favorites passives are:
Army Camp Boost
Territory Money Boost
Bonus Money Boost
(At certain playstyles I guess smelt double or similar is better?)

Then obviously I switch in passive ones to discount/draft more etc. but I fodder as required.
(Not Alloy Value of course)


For active artifacts I prefer:
Supercharge Army Camp

Army Cache Boost
Alloy Values

Those 2 for sure!

Than Army Camp Boost
Hospital Boost
Mercenary Discount

And Actives
Supercharge Army Camp
Time Warp

The seven best artifacts are :

CB
HB
AV
TW
SAC

four of those are passive and would say CB is the weakest of the 4.
