hmm.. Imho, it should be included when you click on a player similar to surrender status...

It is. In fact, it's in exactly the same location as surrender status.

It's also listed in the boot order as Kobe noted.

then +1, haven't seen anyone be booted since it was implemented, so couldn't say for sure, hence the imho :)

It's there but the text doesn't autoformat to the box so you have to scroll right a ways to see who booted and how long they had to wait first.
