Hi!

Is it just me, or do you not explain in the manual how to name territoris when you create maps?

If I overlooked it you may point me in the right direction. Thanks...

Oops, it may have been an oversight. Here's how you do it:

1. Click the "Select Territories" tool.
2. Select a territory you wish to name.
3. Type the name into the text box on the left of the screen.

That's all there is to it :)

Ok, so it's not in the SVG file...

yeah, i re-read it and it merely told you how to ID the territories, not to actually name them, i was going to go into inkscape and figure it out, but hadn't got around to it before randy :P

Correct, naming territories is something you do after uploading your SVG.

How do I manage the colors when I have multi-bonus territories? I'd like to have the same coloring as in the USA Big map.

That means one color bonus for an entire "state" and several colorless sub-bonuses for parts of the state. When I try it the map becomes all colorless.

First set the small bonuses, then the big ones. (Or maybe the other way around? :P)

Okay, I misread. Basically, first set the bonuses with colors which you want *visible* on map, and then those with colors you do not want to see. If you already did it in wrong order, you have to delete some first.

Also, if you later change the colors of one of those bonuses, it will change in the editor, but it won't be saved like that - when you save, exit, and open the editor again, it will look the old way.
