Tried searching around, but couldn't find an answer, curious to know if the Generic "Cache Boost" artifact stacks with the specific Cache boosts (eg "Army"/"Resource"/"Money")
EG: If I have an uncommon resource cache (+20%) and an uncommon cache boost (+1.6%) - would equipping both result in a boost of 21.6%? Or does only the bigger boost apply?
