I can see E-Block being useful without carrying too much risk while the blockade carries waaaay too much risk. I would think E-Block is best if you're really good at playing defensively while maximizing expansion.

I'm not much of a strat player but those are just my observations

I would think E-Block is best if you're really good at playing defensively while maximizing expansion cause you sort of get more 'bang for your buck' when you use it at the perfect moment.

I'm not much of a strat player but those are just my observations. If I tried to get good at this template I think I'd prefer E-Block or OP followed by Delay.

Yeah after playing it for a bit i now tend to pick E-Block (unless my opponent always picks something that I need to counter). But perhaps i'm just too noob to make proper use of the other cards...
