But if I get 6 x free cache & I superpower, what will I get? 12x effetcs, or 10x effects (effetively losing 1 no. free cache)

you will consume 5 for the power of 10 and will have 1 left afterwards.
you can even have 10 powers, then super power, consuming 5, leaving 5 over
