Who will fight the Circle?
The map will be on Isthmus, so it will be 100% fair (I will make it and feel free to check the settings)

Our clan is fairly new but closely knit, and i am curious if you mean 16 members of non clans, or 16 members in your clan.

you my friend clearly know nothing about creating games...
When you create a game with uneven teams it auto sets it to a Practice Game, Then all you need do is go back into settings and untick the practice game box
