Your manager would be foolish to force you into a slot you refuse to play. A manager will generally be at his players' mercy. If you decide to boot or play badly because you get placed on a template you detest then its your managers loss (both of wins and of nohhams)
Who am I? Just a normal dude, who retired 2,5 years ago and has no clue, about the majority of things that happened in the meantime.
I think i was part of the winning team during Manager League 2, so coming back for season 3 seems about right.
First of all i have to say that i expect my level of gameplay to be 1 or 2 steps below of what it used top be. Nowadays, I don't think i can hang in there with the top dogs. Most likely the level of competition increased during the last couple of years anyway. Even if i would be as good as i once was i'll probably wouldn't be in contention to winning tournaments. But again, i'm not my old self again anyways. I just want some fun on a game, i loved playing years ago.
Strenghts: I was always the best on vanilla SR templates. In this case templates like BI V and Greece. I haven't played Greece in ages, but once won a CL Div A tournament there. French Brawl should be fine.
I know ME ofc, but i was always better on MME.
Africa i'm probably more rusty, considering the speed u need there.
Weaknesses: I don't know the other templates and don't want to put in to much time and effort. And ofc my rustiness is a weakness.
I don't really want to put in the time for team games. But i guess MME and Biomes 2v2 would be an emergency option. I don't consider 3v3 an option.
The managers will pick team names, but I reserve the right to sue anyone who copies my "The Poop Squad" which, if I remember correctly, finished as the runner-up in the first Managers League.
