Multi-account voting is not allowed
If you have multiple Warzone accounts, be sure to only cast votes from your main account and never your alts. If you are caught voting on multiple accounts, you may face punishment up to and including having all of your accounts banned.

It's mentioned on the wiki page that feature requests that can be implemented as mods should be posted in the Programming forum and not in Feature Requests.

Website: Navigating backwards trough UJS pages is now supported

Finally having proper website support for UJS in both this update and the last makes me really happy.
I'm glad to see that Fizzer isn't killing the web interface and turning it into a single page mobile app running in a browser.

I did unfortunately run into a small bug with QM (https://www.warzone.com/Forum/764981-automatically-cancel-quickmatch-queue), so perhaps its not fully tested yet.

The update was perhaps a bit rushed, as it is done much quicker then I would have expected, and also has much more features than just the suggestions forum.
Does anyone know the official date at which the uservoice will go dead?
Might explain why Fizzer had to rush this 😅

More great news from the update: WZ is finally using a normal date format!

where does that setting reside? still showing up mm/dd/yyyy for me (the worst date format ever!)


i hope it's not locale based, and i'm doomed to suffer this date format as long as i stay in Canada

Honestly I like the M/D/Year

Only in the new forum thingy thats powering the voting threads.

But despite the great date format, i hope/assume the rest of the forums doesnt get updated until its fully featured.

Preview and Muli's userscript dont work on the new things, and I can't really forum without them. (But I might be using forums too much...)

@Timothy, and i'm happy to let you keep it so long as doesn't force me to use it too (;

just do what Windows does, let us choose our preferred format from the drop down, and you can use yyyymmdd, mmddyyyy, ddmmyyy, yymmdd, whatever

i personally hate mmddyyyy b/c on days like date, it's hard to know if it's July 8 or August 7; it's fine for stuff on the day of, but looking back at those posts, always have to question it

@JK, oh interesting, so fixed but different date formats depending on what page of the site you're on, lmao, sure why not? so 07-08-2024 can actually be July 8 on 1 page and Aug 7 on another, smh ... guessing this is an interim until we actually get freedom to customize or standardized international yyyymmdd

yeah would prefer to just get rid of UJS all together imo, and i believe Fizzer said something along those lines as well during AMA, but don't quote me on that

the single code, multi deployment thing of UJS makes it a reasonable choice for WZ i g, but it does unfortunately mean that neither the app nor the website are optimized for the platform they are running on

For example: to get to someone's clan now needs 3 times as many clicks. You used to be able to just click the clan icon, now you need to click the name to get a popup, click View Profile, and from there you can finally go to the clan.

It's just a hassle, and a regression in terms of navigation. And I'm sad to see that I can not disable this anymore.

I missed that but yea that makes it way slower to open up clans and harder when you are trying to open up multiple new tabs of clans but you have to open every player then go to all of their tabs to find the clan link.

You could report that as a bug

And while i'm typing this, I see the "old" forums also have a good date format now!!!

Forums used to be MM/DD/YYYY , and are now using YYYY-MM-DD as date format.

The player strings were also found to be an issue by several other players, please vote for the suggestion: https://www.warzone.com/Forum/768803-remove-single-string-player-names
