What is the best Artifact set-up for IDLE Battle ?

The answer almost certainly contains:
- Supercharge Army Camp
- Time Warp

For the 3rd (and 4th?) it likely depends on the levels of the artifacts, the amount of auto-advancements you have and the specific map being played (unknowable).

On a small map with minimal auto-advancements, Army Cache Boost is strong. On a large map with many auto advancements, Alloy Values is strong. If your artifacts are relatively low power, Hospital Boost is strong. I don’t think there’s a single answer to this question.

Army camp boost is a good third. It embiggins the Supercharge army camp to a cromulent degree.

I always use SAC and TW, and depending on advancements some others.

When i have auto buy merc, sell, and market advancements, ill use my AV artifact to make as much money, in combo with ACacheB.

Before I had auto market, i used ACampB and ACacheB.
(And before i had ACacheB, i used BMB)

Right now, i just started battling again after Super Ascend, so i just use my ACacheB atm because its insanse, so better than my rare ACampB. And I unfortunatly dont have a 4th slot yet either.

Add to this that it depends on your stats. An army boost of 40% is significant if your army boost is in the 100% range, as that's 20%. If you're in the 400s, it's minimal.

Battles are really designed so that those in phase 4 will naturally win at times if you're spending AP to win battles. Which is good to finally get that epic artifact reward from winning.

I just did my first super ascend and honestly I know I'll be near the bottom, so I don't stress and add up points for the next artifact. But I have a leg TW and now rare SAC so I won't be at the bottom.

If you have high auto upgrade army camps, money bonuses of some form and a time warp, you're gonna be top 5.

Would be nice if people were paired with people with similar stats but there just aren't enough players at a particular time.
