Question about how these 2 things work together.
Does the cap apply to income, or to number of armies I can deploy in a turn based on that income?
As an example, let's say I have an army cap of 10 turns, and cost multiplier of 10. I have 20 income (so I can deploy 15 troops per turn). Can I have up to 200 armies (or just 150)?
