That's his problem and not yours. You decline. He gets a loss. Then he has to go back to the bottom of the list. That does NOT mean he can find a replacement immediately.
Its fair... Because if you plan on teaming up with someone you should hopefully PLAN it! ;)

If you want to decline, now is the time to do it. There is no line currently so if you drop your team out and he brings in someone else, he hasn't wasted time. Otherwise, you can run the risk of winning, and winning some more, and having to play multiple games as the belt holder.

I mean no one was doing the bad belt and I thought it would be a fun chance for me to play better players and improve. Obviously I'm a pretty poor player but I'm not sure how you expect a bad player to improve without playing above his level.
