Until several days ago, After_Dark had been expanding rather quickly. This uncontrolled growth, however, led to the leadership of the clan to come under increasing criticism, to the point where the leaders, Alias and Ares, resigned their posts and left the clan altogether. A player by the name of Zanza was named as the successor, but the situation didn't hold as he wasn't recognized by the members - chaos ensued. Abandonment has occurred left, right an centre as the bubble continued to burst. An emergency referendum was called for the members who remained to decide what they thought was best for the clan. The first option was to have Zanza installed as the new, absolute ruler of the clan, and the second was me setting up a temporary executive authority, where a restructuring of the whole system would occur, with a focus on democracy. The polls will close in about 24 hours, as we await the popular verdict.

I put it to GRIDLOCK and leadership figures of that clan that they have wrongly accused After_Dark of spamming invites. I will not tolerate open slander. Prove yourself correct, or face inescapable ruin.

As far as I'm aware, this is the first clan to hold a formal election in this way, so if you want to be part of something unique, please consider joining.
