The worst civil war ever was the English one, primarily because it succeeded in dismantling the monarchy.

Haha, English don't know how to Civil War either...dismantling the monarchy is nothing.

It wasn't just the dismantling of the monarchy, it was the implementation of a violent military dictatorship run by a minority religion that was a disaster. The results of that war led eventually to "democracy".
