There should be an option to be able to adjust settings (i.e. make it a coin game, change settings etc) when creating a rematch

You can already do that but with extra steps:

Game settings -> Full Settings -> Template Used: Create from game

There should be an option to change settings during a game. Consider the following scenario: you're playing a straight round game and you're 1 deploy away from completing a bonus, now imagine you have the ability to change the rounding mode to weighted random, so you can gamble on a 2v2 attack. Everybody wins.

There can be a card that can do that. You play it for a turn and it makes that whole turn WR or SR depending on what the main setting is
