I think that this should have been implemented a long time ago because immediate booters can't be detected if they've booted on Distribution phase. This allows immediate or early booters to get away with booting as members have to guess who the booter was, and many will deny booting.

It's just my opinion that we should have this information more easily so we can blacklist these players.
