Hi, I return this game after some years and I´m trying to play with a friend but he can´t deploy or move troops in all of his provinces, its like bug and i have tried to make new matches and neither. Can someone help us?

Are you playing on web or mobile? Include that information as well in the bug report.

Does your friend have something like an adblocker or a anti-tracking tool that disables the canvas element?

Have you tried turning it off and back on?

Try factory resetting your device, might help a bit
