For everyone that missed this, I've compiled all of Fizzer's chat into a single post. (Thanks for the screenshots Texx).
Oke so we're going to be using instant runoff voting, which means that templates that got the least votes will be eliminated and their votes will be re-distributed to the other templates. You'll see how it works, it's pretty simple, but it ensures that everyone's ordering is important all the way from 1st to 10th.
We had 335 people vote: 98 people clicked the "I don't care" button, leaving 237 responses.
The clans that voted the most were: Harmony (29), Myth Busters (22), Optimum (20), The Last Alliance (19), Prime (18), Danger Close (9), After_Dark (9), {101st} (9), Icelandic Turtles (8), HAWKS (8), and Huns (7).
We voted on ten templates: Kabix 2v2, Biomes of Americas, Landria, Europe 3v3, French Brawl, Vulcano Island, Fogless Fighting, Strategic Greece, Aseridith lslands, and Macedonia No-Split.
Without further ado, here are the templates that got the most #1 votes:

BUT! That's not the end of it. This is just the start.
Every template got at least 8 votes, so that's good. But Fogless Fighting got the fewest, so we eliminate Fogless Fighting and re-distribute those 8 votes to those 8 people's #2 choice.
What we're left with after doing that is this: French Brawl (56), Kabix 2v2 (34), Europe 3v3 (28), Biomes of Americas (28), Strategic Greece (23), Volcano Island (21), Landria (17), Aseridith Islands (15), and Macedonia No-Split (15).
Aseridith Islands is eliminated. Re-distributing its votes: French Brawl (56), Biomes of Americas (35), Kabix 2v2 (34), Europe 3v3 (28), Strategic Greece (27), Volcano Island (23), Landria (18), and Macedonia No-Split (16).

Kabix 2v2 is eliminated. Re-distributing its votes: French Brawl (140), and Biomes of Americas (97).
French Brawl won the first template! French Brawl was the template that was up for elimination, but you all voted it to stay in, so it'll stay in.
But we're going to include three, so there's still a chance for the others.
So, now we're going to start over, and eliminate French Brawl's votes from everyone's ballots:

It's official, our first new template is Strategic Greece.
But we're not done, we need to pick one more template, which will be the last pick.
We're going to eliminate Strategic Greece's votes, and re-calculate everyone's new #1 choice:

The order matters the whole way down. You can choose which ones you want to downvote the most versus ones you only want a little downvote to.
I didn't run it for a 4th winner, but we can see Kabix 2v2 had the most #1 votes of the ones that didn't get selected.
If we run it all the way to the end, the final order is: French Brawl, Strategic Greece, Volcano Island, Biomes of Americas, Landria, Macedonia No-Split, Aseridith Islands, Europe 3v3, Fogless Fighting, and Kabix 2v2.
Apparently a lot of people put Kabix 2v2 at #10!
