A decent map of a country with the second highest population on earth has never been made... untill now! I made a map of India with 700 territories. Who wants to test the map? https://www.warlight.net/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=39898
Looks great I have been wondering when an India map would be made. One thing I would say is that I really don't like red borders especially for coastline. is it possible to make a faint blue& green line and other aesthetic things like that?
Thank you all! I will invite you all for a testing game.
Ryiro, I was hesitating to do that. The reason I didn't do it was that some provinces have indeed a subdivision, but not all the provinces have those subdivisions. I could have put the already known subdivisions, but this wouldn't cover all the smaller bonusses in each provinces. I chose to make the subbonusses equal with Western, Northern,... (littlebit boring names I know) for each huge province. This way I had more control on the territory size of each bonus. I cannot change the bonus territories because of the space between the bonusses is drawn and cannot be changed anymore.
MrOobling, the colour is easy to change. I cannot make aesthetic lines with a sea (like galapagos map) (I don't know how to do that) just a coloured line. I used red before in my Benelux map. It wouldn't be a problem to change it on this map
Cool map. I don't know if it really classifies as 'huge' though. The borders are a bit too detailed for my liking, although it shows you put a lot of work into it. Well done!
Agreed, this is a very well-done map, but I don't think it should be called 'huge.' I'd put it in the 'big' category myself.

If he changes the name then he has to reset the centerpoints, territory names, connections, ect...
Willem van Oranje: Thanks, and this was no discredit to the map, you did a really good job and it is certainly the best India map.
DobbieDice: There are 73 maps with over 500 territories, that's quite a lot, almost 6% of all the maps in fact. I don't think maps should be called huge until they pass 1000 territories.
