I just purchased AAQ, how does this work in combination with AQ?

• Can I use both at once or only one?
• Of only one, which takes preference over the other?
• In Challenges and WZIB, which one(s) does it use?

Advanced--AAQ--is touted by Fizzer as the better algorithm in his descriptions. I haven't independently verified this, but see no reason to doubt Fizzer.

I use it after hospital upgrades, and to finish levels. It grabs free territories first, once the free ones are captured I tend to turn it off immediately to assess. What can I see now that was hidden? If end of level, buy more mercs and turn it back on.

AAQ is not brilliant--it doesn't seize hospitals at first opportunity, for example. I clean up those oversights manually. Then re-engage AAQ to seize the newly free territories.

The main benefit is saving time and mouse clicks.

I believe WZIB/challenges uses AAQ over AQ given both options.
I've heard there is a school of thought that once you become very powerful that it may be faster to clear lvl's (WZIB) using AC because of less computing time but I haven't verified yet.
ps: why do we call it AAQ and not AAC?

For WZIB, AAQ completely overrides AQ, it doesn't matter what % either is at, provided that it's >0.

For the challenges, both seem to work if you have both. I'm not totally clear on the specifics but you can see both going if you watch the messages in the bottom left.

For regular levels, you monster, what's wrong with you?

First, my AAQ never has higher % than my AQ. According to my observation,for the challenges, at first, AQ starts working, until at some unknown moment, AQ stops working and AAQ takes over.

I think there are some hidden settings more than Fizze's description.
