Yeah, Death, Low Boot Time was our problem with them and because of them I didn't reply to Pooncrew, in hope that he will give me another, better offer, ever if it would have been 12 hours. At the beginning he told me to make it 12 hours boot, which would have been impossible, because all our mombers live on different continents and time zones. Then he said 1 day was maximum to which he will go, and I didn't reply, because he said it was maximum he will go... I waited for a better offer, after which they accursed me to have been agreed to the rules. I can prove, that I haven't officially agreed, by putting a screenshot if needed.

So now you guys see how Russia. Has no idea how negotiations work. He offered no rebuttal to pooncrews offer, so pooncrew created the game, and all the Juggernauts accepte. To us, that was an implicit agreement to the terms we had laid out

Fortunately for us no one cares what you consider an "implicit" agreement.

This is unfair. The Juggernauts have been around since before there were even clans on WarLight. I believe you should just have a rematch instead of arguing pointlessly forever.

Here is an unedited transcript from Russian and I:
POONCREW
A representitive of your clan, publicly attacked my clan in a public forum, reported me to the point where we were almost banned from warlight. He was unprovoked by our clan, yet tried to ruin us for no reason. I declare a state of war between our clans and I believe the only way to settle this is on the warlight battlefield. Your best 8 members against my best 8 members on the rise of rome map. Loser has to publicly apologize to the other on the forums. Further terms can be settled by us.
I honestly have nothing against your clan, merely one representative.
Agreed?
RUSSIAN
Hello. Can you please tell me who it was? I will make him apologize publicly or kick him out of clan. And I will be gathering my 8 players, so we're in!
POONCREW
It was eklipse, name your 8 players and I will invite them to the game.
My terms: 12 hour boots Automatic distribution No cards
RUSSIAN
I see, I am still gathering but I already have 5. I'll talk with Eklipse.
I don't like 12 hour boot, can we make it 2 day boot please?
POONCREW
1 day is the highest ill go
RUSSIAN
I have the full players list: Me, Emperor_MMC, Russian Empire, The Warlord Juggernaut, Ye_bunny Juggernaut, Cat Juggernaut, Tom Cook
POONCREW
No eklipse?
POONCREW (days later towards the end of the game)
Hey brother, I dont want to get ahead of myself, but I just want to make sure that our deal is still on. If my clan wins Eklipse has to publicly apologize to us in the general forums. Right?

Colonel Harthacanute is totally right! We shall, indeed make a new game and get a rematch WITH HIGH BOOT DAY RATES. :) And as well we shall make it public, if without or light fog of course. If it will still have fog, we can make it public after it will end. What will you say?

Tch, what were we supposed to do? Decline and leave our fellow members that had joined out to dry? Plus, most of us probably just couldn't turn down a game. Joining a game doesn't mean signing a contract. Nowhere do you have any explicit agreement that says, "Yes, the apology will be given".
Looks like the Juggernauts are sore losers.....
Nah, we just don't like losing because of the boot.

Figure the longer they hold out the greater chance someone on your side will get booted.

Don't count me as biased because I am a Juggernaut member.
Quite frankly, this whole thing is ridiculous. Both clans are at fault, and the fact that Cat stepped outside of his authority to backstab the Juggernauts doesn't help.
First: Yes, the Juggernauts did accept the game. It is our nature to back up and defend each other, so we will do our best to help. The fault lies in our side for not pushing for higher boot times. The fault lies in the PC for not confirming with Russian .
Second: There is a HUGE chance that the game would have ended a lot differently if Eklipse hadn't been caught by the auto-boot. I explain it as thus: when someone tries to draw a line across a map from point A to point B, even being a quarter of an inch off can result in being miles off from the destination. Eklipse could have, and would have, made a massive difference in the game. To prove it, I ask that he post the LINK to the game. This can show what I have seen, in that Eklipse's presence was acting as a defensive buffer for a clan mate. Eklipse can confirm that he was preparing a force to be transferred to aid, and the auto-boot prevented him from doing as such.
Third: I reiterate that Cat did not have authority to make an apology, We have recently reformed our clan government in the visage of the old Roman Senate. As a Senator myself, I have voted on this debate several times. As a matter of fact, we even invited the PC to one of our debates to speak on their own behalf, and yet they still insist on continuing this argument.
In conclusion, this whole thing is a foolish. If the PC wants to continue it, and refuses to look past it like adults, then they have truly earned their title of childish trolls.

I agree Ryiro.
As bad as the one day autoboot is it's nothing compared to the idea of auto distribution and light fog. Also Airlifts and Gifts unless they're very rare (and not at all random) are a problem.
And zero neutrals are just terrible for such a game.
