In this Election game, the host has no control. Instead, players vote for the leader of the server (the Mayor of Moscow), who is responsible for making laws, enforcing them, and issuing declarations. The Mayor's main task is to protect the Metro stations from mutant invasions, the undead puppets of Lord Vladimir, and any injustices that arise. The Mayor receives a decent budget of gold to spend on Metro needs and keeps a percentage as salary for their efforts.

The game features custom units, with rare themed icons, such as Spetsnaz, mutated cockroaches, comrades, zombies, and more.
