Also, I was slower when I first started. You gotta give the newer players a chance. Otherwise they become jaded and start cheating/booting at any chance they get. We were all new to this when we first started.

Yes - just check the "Practice Game" box when creating a game. Also, the profile only shows *completed* ranked games, so it's entirely possible someone played with someone in a ranked game but the game hasn't ended yet.
