Sounds like what you’d get in Call of War. Having orders done realtime will definitely create a big disadvantage and make the game a lot less fair, unless core mechanics are changed. The orders system would need to be re-done so that time it takes for armies to arrive is based on territory distances. Armies shouldn’t instantly arrive at territories or instantly be deployed
