Click "Create an account" in the top right to make a wiki account. Once you're signed in there will be an Edit button on every page.

But note that it's not really appropriate for every template to have a page on the wiki (otherwise we'd have hundreds of thousands of pages). The one you note is probably OK since that's a built-in template in QM

Easiest was is to do [[page name]] on an existing page then click the red link or search for the page name and create the page

Although https://mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Editing_pages is linked as Editing Help while editing a page, it doesn’t feel like a proper guide.
