It’s rule-breaking to push politics on Global Chat or anywhere else where people haven’t consented to participating in a political discussion. You should just report them.
From the rule (https://www.warzone.com/wiki/Rules), it also sounds like you could do it in game chat if you get everyone to consent first. But never Global Chat or a forum thread without politics in the subject.
Yeah, like, Fizzer is on your side here so just bring it to his & his mods’ attention, and it’ll get resolved. People are also generally good at following the rules themselves when reminded of them.
how about we have an optional feature where people can state their political preferences in some field, then have an option to block list certain political dispositions automatically? I agree with the sentiment i am tired of people getting all into politics and trying to convince me white nationalism is evil and all that BS.
That encourages a dangerous echo chamber. It is healthy to engage with other viewpoints to sharpen and refine your views by butting them into and rubbing your views against theirs.
Must be me but when I block this person I do meet him again and again in 1vs1 games. All the block does is hide his babbling, but the player doesnt seem to be blocked when on the blocklist.
Rarely I feel the need to block so I don´t know the mechanics, but this case is the first time I wish I never meet the person again ;-) Vent my frustration here, suggested my shrink. So here we are.
