Hi,

I am trying to upload my first map, but haven't been successful yet.

I have a very large map I have made (~3500 territories, 600 KB) that I made in Adobe Illustrator, and I then made it an svg. When I upload it I'm getting this error: "There appears to be an issue with this svg file. The svg contains measurements that are in a format other than pixels (such as points, inches, centimeters, percents, etc.) Warzone only supports pixel measurements. Please configure your application to output the svg in pixels, and ensure that percentages aren't used anywhere."

I changed the file settings in Illustrator to be measured in pixels. I'm not sure if there's something to do with the fact it started as an Illustrator file (or the fact that before that it was a PDF from ArcGIS) but I'd like to avoid going into InkScape if I don't have to - I don't like that program from my limited experience with it. Any tips?

I remember there being a small difference in how Illustrator exports SVGs vs how a plain SVG is.
Something stays an polygon while Warzone expects it to be a path.

That it started of as a PDF probably doesn't help either, but as long as the final file output is a plain SVG with paths, it should in theory "just" work.

Using Inline CSS instead of Internal CSS might do the trick.
Make sure your object IDs still properly identify your Territory_xxxx and BonusLink_abcdefg

Maybe the map designer is expecting an Inkscape SVG?

Any SVG should do, regardless of what program made it, as long as it meets WZ's expectations.

Its probably advisable to not upload any program-specific SVGs, since those tend to have a bunch of metadata that increases the file size..
