My game counters (total games/ranked games/win games) dont advance. Anyone with an idea why that is? And i dont get any emails (googlemail).

I dug deep in the forums thread of find this old one i started months ago. The game counter again is not advancing for me, seems to be a very sticky bug. Or do i have to be a member now to do ranked games :D?
